Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of InfoIndia91 - PoolCo CRM (the "Service"), provided by InfoIndia91 ("we", "us"). By using the Service, the business that signed up ("Customer company") and its users agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Data Policy and our Return & Refund Policy.

1. The Service

The Service is online software for businesses to create quotations and manage clients, leads, follow-ups, payments and team work. Some companies may also be given WhatsApp messaging features, which work through the Meta WhatsApp Business Platform.

2. Accounts

• Accounts are created for a Customer company and its staff. Each user must keep their password private and must not share a login.
• The Customer company's admin is responsible for its users and for the information they enter.
• We may suspend an account that is misused or puts the Service or others at risk.

3. Subscription and payment

The Service is provided for the plan period agreed with the Customer company. Access may be restricted after the plan expires until it is renewed. Cancellations and refunds are handled as described in our Return & Refund Policy.

4. WhatsApp messaging

• WhatsApp features are available only to companies we enable. The Customer company connects its own WhatsApp Business Account and number.
• The Customer company must follow the WhatsApp Business Messaging Policy and Meta's terms, and must message only people who have given permission (opt-in).
• Meta charges for WhatsApp conversations/messages directly to the Customer company's payment method in Meta. These charges are not part of our fees.
• Meta may approve, reject or limit message templates, numbers or accounts. We are not responsible for Meta's decisions or for outages of the WhatsApp platform.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use the Service to send spam or unlawful content, to collect data without permission, to break any law, or to try to access other companies' data or attack the Service.

6. Your data

The Customer company owns the business data it enters. We use it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. The Customer company may ask for a copy or for deletion of its data.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure, but it may sometimes be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control. The Service is provided "as is".

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid by the Customer company for the Service in the 3 months before the claim.

9. Ending the Service

A Customer company may stop using the Service at any time. We may end or suspend the Service for non-payment or for breaking these Terms. After an account ends, its data may be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top shows the latest version. Continued use of the Service means acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are subject to the courts of India.
